LEARNING EVOLUTION
Learning Evolution created E-Learning solutions for fortune 500 companies. I served as project team leader and focal point for all design deliverables: Art direction, visual graphics standards, user experience, user interaction design, UI design, and Flash development. Also responsible for project scope, meeting with Instructional Designers on course requirements and direction. I also helped implement Flash development standards and reusable code.
Hormel Foods hired Learning Evolution to create a 30 minute e-learning course to educate Hormel's sales force on new product offerings, as well as to introduce a sales strategy emphasizing their account planning process. I worked closely with the Instructional Designer on creating a theme for the course content and running a photo shoot for the Blues Brother theme. Responsibilities included creative direction, visual graphics creation, user interaction design, UI design, Flash development, and managing a team of 4 Flash developers.

Pepsi Bottling Group needed a series of e-learning courses to train their employees about PBG privacy policy. My role as Art Director at Learning Evolution was to create all visual graphics and user interactions for these courses. Responsibilities included creative direction, visual graphics creation, user interaction design, UI design, and Flash development.
McCormick needed a series of e-Learning courses to train their employees about the latest brand offers and new products. My role as Art Director at Learning Evolution was to create all visual graphics and user interactions for these courses.
