2006 Gold Winner: Excellence In Learning, Brandon Hall Research Award
Hormel Foods hired Learning Evolution to create a 30 minute e-learning course to educate Hormel's sales force on new product offerings, as well as to introduce a sales strategy emphasizing their account planning process. I worked closely with the Instructional Designer on creating a theme for the course content and running a photo shoot for the Blues Brother theme. Responsibilities included creative direction, visual graphics creation, user interaction design, UI design, Flash development, and managing a team of 4 Flash developers.
